Swim-Up Ordering
Float up to the boat on a colorful pool float or swim right up to the counter to order. It's the most fun you'll ever have ordering lunch. Floats are provided, and the water is warm, calm, and about 8–12 feet deep.

How to Get to Lime Out
Lime Out is located in Coral Bay Harbor on the east end of St. John and is only accessible by water. There are several ways to get there:
Charter Boat from St. Thomas: The most popular option. Book a full-day charter that includes a Lime Out stop along with snorkeling at Waterlemon Cay or other St. John sites. The sail from Red Hook to Coral Bay is about 45 minutes and stunning.
Salt + Lime Express: Lime Out's own shuttle service runs from Coral Bay shore to the floating restaurant. Check their Instagram or website for current schedules and pricing. It's the easiest option if you're already on St. John.
Dinghy or Kayak: If you're staying near Coral Bay, you can paddle or motor out in a dinghy. Some vacation rentals include kayak access — it's a fun, adventurous way to arrive.
The Menu: Beyond Ordinary Tacos
Lime Out's menu rotates regularly, but expect 4–6 creative taco options at any given time.
