The concept is beautifully simple: pull up in your boat, swim up to the vessel, order fresh hand-tossed pizza and cold drinks, then float on a pool noodle in crystal-clear water while you wait. Your pizza arrives in a waterproof floating box. It's the kind of experience that makes you wonder why every restaurant isn't on the water.

The Pizza Pi Experience
Arriving at Pizza Pi is an experience in itself. As your charter boat rounds the point into Christmas Cove, you'll spot the distinctive vessel anchored among the turquoise water — usually surrounded by a flotilla of boats and happy swimmers.
Your captain will anchor nearby, and you'll swim, kayak, or dinghy over to the boat to place your order. The menu features creative specialty pizzas alongside build-your-own options. Everything is made fresh — the dough, the sauce, the toppings.
Once you've ordered, swim back to your boat or grab a pool noodle and float in the warm Caribbean water. Your pizza arrives in an ingenious floating delivery box. Eating hand-tossed pizza while floating in 82-degree water with sea turtles swimming below? It doesn't get more Caribbean than this.
Christmas Cove: More Than Just Pizza
Christmas Cove is a protected marine sanctuary located between Great St. James and Little St. James islands, just southeast of St. Thomas. The cove is named for its calm, sheltered waters — historically used as an anchorage during the Christmas trade wind season.
The snorkeling here is exceptional. You'll find healthy coral formations, sea fans, sponges, and an abundance of marine life. Green sea turtles are frequent visitors, and it's not uncommon to spot stingrays, barracuda, tarpon, and even small nurse sharks. The water clarity is typically 50–80 feet of visibility.
